Command Shift is committed to transparency about how our AI-powered services work, what they can and cannot do, and the limitations you should be aware of. Please review the following disclosures carefully.

1. AI Technology Disclosure

Our platform is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. All analysis, scoring, recommendations, and reports generated by our platform are produced by artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs are not reviewed by a human before delivery unless specifically noted otherwise. While we design our prompts and systems to produce accurate, useful results, AI outputs are inherently probabilistic and may contain errors.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated professional advice. Our analyses may reference revenue estimates, cost projections, or ROI calculations — these are AI-generated approximations and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. 5. Third-Party Data & Web Crawling

Our platform crawls and analyzes publicly available web content. We do not access private pages, password-protected areas, or internal systems unless you explicitly provide access. The data we analyze is limited to what is publicly visible on the URLs you submit.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Using our recommendations, implementing our AI agents, or following our analysis does not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic increases, revenue growth, or any other particular result. 7. API Key Security

If you provide third-party API keys to our platform, those keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption on our servers. However, by providing credentials to any third-party platform, you accept inherent risk. We recommend:

Using API keys with the minimum required permissions.
Rotating keys periodically.
Monitoring your third-party accounts for unexpected usage.
Revoking access immediately if you suspect compromise.
